Now, with the new update lvl 4 valks are over powered and you are most likely to get wrecked when the opponent uses a GoVa or GoVaHo 3 stars strategy. But, you wont get wrecked anymore because here I present you now the best TH 9 War Base defensive against GoVa, GoVaHo, GoWiPe or whatever strategy the opponent may use and I call it the STINGRAY.
